Refund Eligibility
At LogicStreamSys, we stand behind our budget review process education programs. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we've designed our refund policy to be fair and straightforward for all participants.
Full Refund Eligibility
You're eligible for a complete refund if you request it within 14 days of enrollment and haven't accessed more than 25% of the course materials. This gives you time to evaluate if our program meets your learning needs.
Partial Refund Conditions
Between days 15-30, partial refunds are available on a prorated basis. We calculate this based on materials accessed and time elapsed, ensuring you only pay for what you've used.
Special Circumstances
Medical emergencies, job loss, or other significant life changes may qualify for extended refund consideration. We review these requests individually and work with you to find a fair solution.
Important Considerations
Refunds are not available after 30 days from enrollment date. However, if you're experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to our support team. We may be able to offer payment plan adjustments or program deferrals instead of refunds.

Confirmation & Processing
Once approved, we send you a confirmation email and begin processing the refund. This typically takes 5-7 business days for most payment methods.
Payment Return
Your refund appears in your account according to your payment method's processing time. Credit cards take 3-5 business days, while bank transfers may take 7-10 business days.

Refund processing varies depending on how you originally paid for your program. We work with payment processors to ensure the fastest possible return of your funds.
Credit & Debit Cards
Refunds to credit and debit cards typically process within 3-5 business days after approval. The exact timing depends on your bank's processing schedule.
Bank Transfers
Direct bank transfer refunds take 7-10 business days to appear in your account. International transfers may take additional time due to banking procedures.
Digital Payment Systems
PayPal and similar digital payment refunds usually process within 24-48 hours after we initiate the return, making them the fastest refund option available.
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed, your access to course materials is automatically suspended. However, this doesn't mean you can't return to our programs in the future.
Future Enrollment Options
Students who receive refunds remain welcome to re-enroll in our programs at any time. We understand that timing isn't always perfect, and circumstances change. When you're ready to return, simply contact us and we'll help you get started again.
We also keep records of your previous progress, so if you do decide to re-enroll within six months, we can provide guidance on where you left off and help you transition back into the material more effectively.
